Nutella Ice cream – No-machine and Eggless and a Good News :)

So together let’s celebrate this with a yummy Nutella ice cream recipe. Here you go!
Nutella Ice cream
Heavy whipping cream – 473 ml (Around 2 cups), chilled
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Sweetened condensed milk – 1 can (14 oz), chilled
Nutella – 1/2 cup
Chopped almonds, mini chocolate chipsor marshmallows – 1/4 cup each (optional)
1. Combine condensed milk and nutella in a bowl. Whisk until smooth. Set aside until ready to use.
2. In a large bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract. Using an electric hand mixer at medium-high speed, beat for about 5 – 6 minutes until medium peaks form. Add nutella and continue to beat for 20-30 seconds, scraping in between. Stir in the chopped almonds, mini chocolate chips or marshmallows, if using. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 5 – 6 hrs or until firm. Enjoy!
