Chocolate Bark Candy
Semi-sweet chocolate chips / dark chocolate chips – 1.5 – 2 cups
Dried cranberries / raisins / dried cherries etc – 1/2 cup
Sliced or chopped roasted almonds / chopped pista etc – 1/2 cup
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate on to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and spread evenly into a thin layer using a spatula. Sprinkle chopped nuts and dried fruits all over the chocolate and press lightly. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set. Break into big pieces (or cut them into irregular pieces using a knife) and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
