Banana - Berry Smoothie

 

 

Ingredients (Serves 2)

Banana – 1/2, medium-sized

Fresh or frozen straw berries – 5 – 6

Blue berries and blackberries – A handful

Sugar or honey – 1 tsp or to taste

Yoghurt – 1/2 cup

Method

Blend everything together in a mixer for about 30 seconds or until smooth.

Serve immediately.
