Cream Cheese Vegetable Sandwich
Ingredients (Serves 2)
Cream cheese – 2 – 3 oz
Carrot, celery, cucumber, green and red bell pepper or any vegetables of your choice, finely chopped – 1 – 2 tbsp each
Cilantro and mint leaves – 1 tbsp each, finely chopped
Salt and pepper – To taste
Combine cream cheese with all the other ingredients. Spread on a bread slice. Top it with another bread slice. Trim off the edges and halve. Enjoy!
