Ingredients (Serves 2)
Cream cheese – 3 – 4 oz or as required
Carrot, celery , cabbage and cucumber, finely chopped – 3 – 4 tbsp each
Capsicum – 1 tbsp
Cilantro and mint leaves – 1 tsp each, finely chopped
Salt and pepper – To taste
Combine cream cheese with all the other ingredients. Spread on a bread slice. Top it with another bread slice. Trim off the edges and halve. Enjoy!
