Ingredients (Serves 1 – 2)
1. Cooked rice (Jasmine rice or kaima/ jeerakashala rice) – 1.5 cup, cooled (Add salt while cooking rice)
2. Oil – 1 tbsp
3 . Egg – 1
4. Onion – 2 tbsp, finely chopped, Cabbage / napa cabbage / Chinese greens – 1/2 cup, thinly sliced, Carrot – 3 tbsp, chopped, Spring onion (white part) – 2 tbsp, chopped
5. Butter – 1.5 tsp
6. Oyster sauce – 3/4 – 1 tsp , Chilly garlic sauce – 3/4 tsp, Soy sauce – 1/2 tsp, Vinegar – 1/2 tsp (optional)
7. Salt and pepper – To taste
