Ingredients (Serves 3)
Chicken breast / bone-in chicken – 400 gm, cut into medium-small cubes
Oil – 2.5 – 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
Onion paste (of 1 medium onion. use immediately after grinding)
Ginger-garlic paste – 1.5 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder (medium spicy) – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1.5 tsp
Yoghurt – 1/3 cup
Fenugreek seeds – 1 pinch
Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds, crushed slightly – 1/2 tsp
Kalonji / nigella seeds – 1/4 tsp
Fresh green chilies – 1- 2, diagonally sliced
