Quick Paneer Makhani (no onion, no garlic) | Paneer butter masala

Ingredients (Serves 3 – 4)

1. Paneer – 300 gm , cubed

2. Butter – 2 tbsp

3. Ginger – 1/2 inch, roughly chopped

Green chilies – 2

4. Tomato puree – of 3 medium tomatoes

5. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp

Chilly powder – 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp

6. Kasoori methi – 1/8 tsp

Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp

7. Heavy cream / fresh cream – 1/2 cup

Milk – 1/2 – 3/4 cup

8. Sugar – 1 – 2 pinches

Kasoori methi – 1/8 tsp

9. Salt – To taste

10. Cilantro – 2 – 3 tbsp (optional)
