Rose milk

 

Ingredients

Chilled Milk – 2.5 – 3 cups

Rooh Afza sharbat syrup / rose syrup – 2 tbsp or to taste

Sugar – 2 tbsp or to taste

Sabja seeds / falooda / basil seeds – 1 – 2 tsp, soaked in enough water for 10 – 15 minutes

Method

Combine the milk, rose syrup and sugar.. Add more sugar / syrup, to taste. Serve over 2 glasses filled with ice. Top with 2 tsp soaked sabja seeds. Serve immediately!
