Mango milkshake

 

Ingredients (Serves  1)

  1. Mango – 1 ripe, peeled and choped (Makes about 1 cup)
  2. Chilled milk (whole) – 1/2 – 3/4  cup (Use more milk if you like it thin)
  3. Sugar – 1 – 1.5 tbsp or to taste
  4. Cardamom powder – 1 pinch or to taste (optional)
  5. Ice cubes – 1 – 2

Method

Blend all the above ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy! For an extra taste, you can blend a scoop of vanilla ice-cream along with the other ingredients. Or you can top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, while serving.
