Dates, Mango and Banana Smoothie / Ramadan Recipes

Mango smoothie

Ingredients (For 2)

Chilled milk –  1.5 – 2 cups

Mango –1 , peeled and sliced

Banana – 1

Dates – 5 – 6, pitted (I used mejdool dates)

Condensed milk / sugar / honey – 1 tbsp or to taste

Ice cubes – 1 – 2


Blend together all the ingredients until smooth and thick. Pour into glasses and serve immediately!
