Ingredients
1. Raw peanuts – 1.5 cup
2. Onion – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
Green chilly – 1 small, minced
Tomato – 1/4 cup, chopped
Cucumber – 1/2 cup, chopped
Shredded carrot – 2 – 3 tbsp (optional)
Raw mango – 2 – 3 tbsp (optional)
Roasted cumin powder – 1 pinch
Sugar – 1 pinch
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp or as required to taste
Salt and pepper powder – As required
Cilantro – 2 tbsp, chopped
Method
Pressure cook the peanuts adding little salt and enough water for 2 – 3 whistles. Drain well. Transfer it to a bowl. Toss with the ingredients numbered 2 . Serve after 15 minutes.
