Ingredients (Serves 2 )
Ripe mango – 1, skin removed and cut into cubes (Makes about 3/4 – 1 cup. You can use store-bought mango pulp if you want.)
Sugar / honey – 1 tsp or to taste(Optional)
Yoghurt – 3/4 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 pinch
One or 2 ice cubes
Blend everything together in a mixer until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
