Sharjah Shake



Ingredients (Serves 2)

Banana – 1 large

Chilled milk – 1.5 – 2 cups

Bournvita / boost / ovaltine – 2 tsp

Sugar / honey – 1 – 2 tsp or to taste

Cardamom powder – 1 – 2 pinches

Cashews – 4 (soak them in warm water for 10 minutes) , Dates – 1 – 2 roughly chopped ( Optional)


Blend everything together until thick and frothy. If you are using cashews/ dates blend them first adding a little milk and then add the remaining ingredients. Enjoy!!
