Ingredients
Whole milk – 2 cup
Sugar – 3.5 – 4 tbsp or to taste
Custard powder – 2.5 tbsp (I used vanilla flavored custard powder)
Fruits of your choice – Apple, mango, banana, seedless grapes, pomegranate, strawberry, blue berries, nuts, raisins etc chopped
Method
1. Combine 1/4 cup milk with 2.5 tbsp custard powder and make a smooth paste without any lumps. Set aside.
2. Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan. Add in 3.5 tbsp sugar, mix well and bring to a boil. Add the custard paste slowly to the boiling milk and cook for 1 – 2 mts stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. Switch off. Set aside to cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. When ready to serve, pour the custard over chopped fruits and serve immediately.

Thanks.. 🙂
It will still be semi-thick after refrigerating
