    Baking soda – 1/2 tsp

    Salt – 1 pinch

2. Sugar – 1/2 cup,powdered along with 4 cardamom

2. Add the melted ghee to powdered sugar and mix well to form a smooth paste. To this, add the all purpose flour mixture little by little and form a smooth dough. Rest the dough for 20 minutes. Grease your fingers with a little ghee and shape small balls of the same size, from the dough. Place them on an ungreased baking tray or a baking tray lined with parchment paper, press them slightly (you can decorate them with chopped nuts, if you wish) and bake for 20 – 22 minutes until the bottom of the cookies turn golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Serve hot with tea.
