Here’s the recipe for creamy and yummy no-machine vanilla ice cream. Hope you all will enjoy it as much as we did.
Heavy whipping cream – 473 ml (Around 2 cups), cold
Sweetened condensed milk – 1 can (14 oz)
Vanilla extract – 2.5 tsp
In a large bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and condensed milk. Using an electric hand mixer at medium-high speed beat for about 5 – 6 minutes until creamy. Add 2.5 tsp vanilla extract and continue to beat for about 1 – 2 minutes until firm peaks form. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 5 – 6 hrs or until firm. Enjoy!

Hi Maya…I tried this recipe using Amul cream. But even after beating for 10 mins, I dnt get the cream peaks. The taste and texture were great though. Thanks for the simple protocol. I am inspired to try out variations now.

I always thought making ice cream was a laborious process unless you had an ice cream maker and you proved me wrong on both counts. I tried this yesterday and it came out purrrfect so much that i myself felt like gobbling it up. There were no ice crystals and was smooth and creamy. Thank you so much !
