No-Machine Vanilla Ice Cream

Vanilla ice cream

Here’s the recipe for creamy and yummy no-machine vanilla ice cream. Hope you all will enjoy it as much as we did.

Ingredients

Heavy whipping cream – 473 ml (Around 2 cups), cold

Sweetened condensed milk – 1 can (14 oz)

Vanilla extract – 2.5 tsp

Method

In a large bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and condensed milk. Using an electric hand mixer at medium-high speed beat for about 5 – 6 minutes until creamy. Add 2.5 tsp vanilla extract and continue to beat for about 1 – 2 minutes until firm peaks form. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 5 – 6 hrs or until firm. Enjoy!

  • Hi Maya…I tried this recipe using Amul cream. But even after beating for 10 mins, I dnt get the cream peaks. The taste and texture were great though. Thanks for the simple protocol. I am inspired to try out variations now.

    I always thought making ice cream was a laborious process unless you had an ice cream maker and you proved me wrong on both counts.
