Nutella Mousse Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 4 – 6)
- Heavy whipping cream – 1 cup
- Nutella – 1/2 cup
- Vanilla extract – 3/4 tsp (optional)
In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Add 1/2 cup nutella. Fold it in using a spatula OR continue to beat until just combined scraping the sides in between, takes about 10 – 15 seconds. Transfer to 4 – 6 ramekins or other cups and refrigerate for at least 2 – 3 hrs until set. Garnish with chocolate chips / chopped nuts or chocolate shavings. You can store it in the fridge for up to 2 – 3 days. Enjoy!
