Ingredients
1. Green tomato – 3 medium, chopped
2. Onion – 1/2 large, chopped
Green chilies – 3, slit
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Salt – To taste
3. Coconut oil – 2 tsp
Method
Crush all the ingredients numbered 2 with your fingers (njeruduka). Add the green tomato pieces. Mix well. Cook covered for 20 minutes or until done. Add 2 tsp coconut oil. Serve with rice.
