Firm ripe banana / ethapazham – 1
Ghee – 1 – 1.5 tbsp
Grated coconut – 1.5 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 – 1 tsp
Slice the ripe banana lengthwise or into 1/2 inch rounds. Heat ghee in a pan. Shallow fry the banana pieces until golden brown on the corners. Sprinkle grated coconut and sugar, when half-done or completely done, for an extra taste.
