Ingredients (Serves 3)
1. Prawns, large or medium-sized – 15 – 20, cleaned
Turmeric powder – 1/8 tsp
Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 3/4 tsp
Salt – As required
2. Hung curd – 1 – 1.5 tbsp
Kashmiri chilly powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 3/4 tsp
Cumin powder = 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Kasoori methi – 1 pinch
Pepper powder – 1 pinch
Salt – 1 pinch
Oil – 1 tsp
Method
1. Marinate prawns with ingredients numbered 1. Set aside for 30 minutes.
2. Combine ingredients numbered 2. Add shrimp and mix well.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a griddle/ cast iron pan / indoor grill pan. Skewer and cook the shrimp over medium-high or high heat for 2 minutes / side until completely done. Serve immediately.
