Ingredients (Serves 3 – 4)
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Ginger – 1/4 inch, chopped
Chilly powder – 1/2 – 3/4 tsp
Shallot – 2 small
Tamarind – 1/2 – 3/4 tsp or to taste
Curry leaves – 1 – 2
Salt – To taste
Method
Grind all the ingredients in the small jar of a blender. You can add 1 – 2 tsp water while grinding. Serve with rice and other side-dishes.
