Ingredients (Serves 2)
Vanilla yoghurt / plain yoghurt or Greek yoghurt – 3/4 cup
Strawberries or any mixed berries or fruits of your choice – 10 – 12, chopped (Combine the berries with 1 – 2 tsp sugar. Set aside for 5 mts)
Homemade Granola – 1/2 – 3/4 cup
Honey – 1 – 2 tbsp or as required (optional)
Method
In a serving glass, add 2 tbsp chopped strawberries. Drizzle a little honey and spoon 2 – 3 tbsp yoghurt over the top and then spoon 2 tbsp granola. Repeat the process until the glass is filled.
