Easy Clam Fry


1. Clams / kakka irachi – 1 cup, cleaned

2. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp

    Kashmiri chilly powder – 1/2- 3/4 tsp

    Coarse ground pepper powder – 1/2 tsp

    Garlic – 4 small cloves

   Curry leaves – 1 sprig

   Salt – To taste


Combine the clams with all the ingredients numbered 2. Set aside for 30 minutes.

Heat 1.5 tbsp oil in a pan at medium or medium-high heat. Fry clams on both sides until golden, about 1 – 2 minutes on each side. Delicious clam fry is ready..Serve immediately!
