Ingredients (Serves 3)
1. Nellikka Uppilittathu / gooseberries in brine – 4 – 5 large, pitted
Shallots – 3 – 4
Kanthari mulaku (preferred) / regular green chilies – 2, chopped
Curry leaves – A few
2. Coconut oil – 1 tbsp
Salt (optional, add only if required)
Method
Crush all the ingredients numbered 1 in the small jar of a blender. Add coconut oil and mix well. Serve with rice and other side-dishes.
