Ingredients
1. Bitter gourd – 3 – 4, medium-small, thinly sliced
Green chilies – 4 – 5, slit
Onion – 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
Turmeric powder – 2 pinches
Salt – To taste
2. Oil – To deep-fry
Method
Heat oil in a deep pan at medium heat. Deep-fry the bitter gourd mixture in 2 batches until brown, takes about 15 minutes to fry. Drain on paper towels. Serve with rice.
Am not a great fan of bitter gourd.. But loved your click..
