  • hello maya,
    All your recipes are superb.
I belong to the group of people who started cooking after marriage. When I ask my mom about any recipe she will tell it in her own measurements, for a novice it was not easy to follow.

Luckily I landed on your blog and saved.I have tried so many recipes from your blog. Palappam both ways with rice flour and raw rice are the one I always follow till to the date.Your Baked chicken nuggets , fish nuggets, errisery are daily affairs at my kitchen. If I listed all of them , it will become your recipe index.

Apart from your recipe, photos and videos, I like your simple humble nature.
Already you have two cookbooks on your name , featured multiple times in popular magazines like Vanitha -still you will talk like a common girl in the kitchen.

If I wouldn’t have find out your blog, how I manage the kitchen god knows. My family is lucky that I found your blog-otherwise they were the people who would have suffered.

Best wishes for your culinary journey.

    Regards,
    Lisa
